Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Manage and care for wounds effectively. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care. Develop personalized care plans tailored to each patient's needs. Educate patients and their families about health management and care procedures. Maintain accurate documentation in an electronic medical record (EMR) system. Communicate regularly with physicians regarding patient progress and care adjustments. Qualifications and Requirements Current RN license in the state of Colorado. Experience in home health care or a similar setting is preferred. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
