At our Hinesville location, we're looking for a Main Shop Service Advisor to join our team and serve as the primary point of contact for our service customers. In this customer-facing role, you will own the service experience from start to finish. From greeting customers in the drive lane to coordinating service and explaining recommendations, you will ensure each customer feels informed, respected, and confident in the care of their vehicle. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented position ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, staying organized, and keeping things moving. We welcome candidates with backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, or the restaurant industry who are ready to learn and grow.
