Join Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND, as a Line Operator in our extrusion manufacturing facility with our night shift teams.In this vital Line Operator position, you'll oversee every facet of the manufacturing and production process, expertly managing raw materials, producing top-quality parts on our production line, and meticulously preparing finished goods for their journey to customers.Schedule Options:2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AMPay: $20.75 / hr.$2.00/hr. 2nd shift premium$3.00/hr. 3rd shift premiumRelevant experience consideredHighlights of your role:Ensure top-notch product quality through manufacturing checksEfficiently set up and shut down for seamless production operationsSafely handle tooling and maintain a clean workspacePrepare raw materials to drive successful production ordersUse a forklift as needed to move raw materials and/or finished goods within the manufacturing plantProactively identify and resolve production issues to succeed in your roleYou're a good fit if you have (or if you can):High school degree or GEDDemonstrates effective communication and social skillsProficiency in reading and interpreting specifications, a key skill in our production environmentGeneral computer proficiency to improve production tracking and reportingForklift certification or the ability to acquire certificationAlso want to make sure you have:Capability to stand/work for an 8-hour shift and to lift, carry, push, and pull various objects weighing between 10lb to 50 lbs to support production needsMeet the minimum age required of 18 yearsWe invite you to See Yourself at MarvinMarvin Composites produces custom fiberglass components used in many of the premium windows and doors manufactured by Marvin, a family-owned and -led company.
