Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements for regulatory projects.
• Develop detailed business process models and workflows to optimize operations and align with regulatory guidelines.
• Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis and market trends.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to identify gaps in current processes and propose actionable solutions.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirement documents and functional specifications, to support project execution.
• Oversee the implementation of regulatory changes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and minimal disruption.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support the development of training materials and conduct sessions to educate teams on regulatory changes and business processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of regulatory requirements into existing systems.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges in regulatory compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and industry best practices to inform business strategies.
• Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within specified timelines.
