This role supports both business unit performance and corporate accounting objectives.Essential Position Responsibilities• Assist with supervision and training related to job estimate entries and billing accuracy• Perform monthly job profitability reviews• Focus on working capital optimization including contracts, billing, and collections• Manage month-end close and prepare financial statements and reports• Maintain general ledger, bank, and balance sheet reconciliations• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and cash management• Manage job cost tracking and percentage of completion accounting• Review payroll and reporting compliance• Support audit preparation and reporting• Perform additional duties as assignedRequirements• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance• 5+ years of controllership experience• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office• Experience with percentage of completion accounting• Familiarity with construction project accounting• Strong knowledge of GAAP• Strong leadership and communication skills• Professional and adaptable work style
