Class A CDL Driver Trainee Program | New Graduate Position

Have you recently earned your commercial license and want to gain stable, high-paying regional experience? We are seeking Class A CDL holders for our structured, regional solo driver development program. The Training & Progression Training Phase: Complete a comprehensive 4 to 6-week paid training program to master regional routes and equipment safety. Solo Transition: Immediately upon successful completion of training, you will upgrade to solo driver status with your own assigned truck. Pay Guarantee: Once solo, you are backed by a guaranteed minimum pay of $1,000 per week . Compensation & Driver Protection Guaranteed Solo Base: Minimum $1,000.00+ weekly (after training). Accessorial Pay: Comprehensive detention and layover pay to ensure you are fully compensated for any shipper delays. Stable Employment: Full W2 status with predictable year-round freight.
