Wound Care RN

The position requires providing specialized care for patients with wound, ostomy, and/or continence needs. The consulting team will provide recommendations for treatment plans. Experience with Cerner is preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in wound care

Active RN license

AHA BLS certification

CWOCN certification
