- PTO, CME, Health/Dental Benefits and retirement plans
- Occurrence based malpractice insurance including tail coverage
- Annual Salary: $325k - $380k
- Graduate of an accredited medical school and US residency program
- Current Illinois Physician medical license in good standing
- Board Certified/Eligible, required
