Once you have obtained the Registered Behavior Technician Certification, you will be placed in the RBT Tier in which you will see your growth and progression within the company, both professionally and financially!Responsibilities:Provide 1:1 direct therapy using Applied Behavior Analysis techniques and principalsUpload BACB ethical guidelines by providing first-rate servicesImplement and maintain knowledge of programs, procedures, and Behavior Intervention PlansAll frontline employees MUST obtain RBT Certification within their first 45 business days of employmentParticipate in team meetingsMeticulously collect data based on treatment plans designed by BCBASafeguard PHI by abiding by HIPAA/FERPA/DFPS protocols and by maintaining confidentialityTeach and facilitate essential skills such as: functional communication, social skills, adaptive skills, and moreMaintain professional conduct/boundaries with clients, families, and staffAssist other staff by covering clients during lunch periodsAdhere to employer work practicesCultivate and preserve work culture and morale by engaging in collaborative activities with leadership and team-members alikePerform all other duties as assigned**Physical demands of clinical staff fall within a Medium Classification. This includes: exerting 20-50 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or 10-25 lbs. of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects.
