Production Technician – $24–$37/hr Position Overview

This role is ideal for individuals who excel at precision work and enjoy a focused, detail‑oriented environment. You’ll perform meticulous tasks using microscopes, handle small components, and maintain accurate documentation to support high‑quality production processes. Success in this position requires strong concentration, steady hands, and a commitment to consistent, reliable work.

• Pay: $24–$37 per hour
• Shifts:
  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

• Microscope Work — Perform detailed tasks requiring high visual acuity.
• Sustained Focus — Remain productive during extended periods of seated or standing work.
• Accurate Documentation — Record production data using basic math and computer skills.
• Workspace Organization — Keep your work area clean, orderly, and compliant with standards.
• Team Collaboration — Work cooperatively with team members in a supportive environment.

• Attention to Detail and strong concentration

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Le Mars, IA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
