- A minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing or business development, preferably within a law firm or professional services.
- Strong strategic mindset with excellent commercial acumen.
- Proven ability to craft compelling proposals, pitches, and marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Highly organized, proactive, and meticulous with multiple projects and deadlines.
- Skilled at influencing and collaborating across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience managing budgets and reporting on activity and market trends.
- A positive attitude, motivation, adaptability, and a strong sense of ownership.
- Experience with event planning, sponsorships, or conference management.
- Familiarity with directory submissions, awards processes, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Knowledge of client relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Prior experience working within global or multi-jurisdictional teams.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, or related fields.
- Proven track record in strategic business development within professional services firms or similar environments.
- Willingness to collaborate across global offices and sectors.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Location options include New York, Washington DC, Charlotte, or Atlanta.
- Salary Range: $134,000 - $175,000.
