WEEKEND SCHEDULE: THURSDAY, FRIDAY & SATURDAY

FOR ALL TECHS EXCEPT OR TECHS: The expected start date is based on Novant's schedule but is subject to change depending on class and trainer availability. Travelers may start on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday of the first week, and must be fully available with no other commitments to accommodate any schedule changes. Missing any portion of orientation may result in a delayed or canceled start. Novant will confirm the final start date on the Tuesday prior to the start week.

Abdomen & Pelvis Skills REQUIRED: Abdomen, Abdominal Magnetic resonance angiogram (MRA), Abdominal Magnetic resonance venography (MRV), Female Pelvis, Magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) & Male Pelvis

Chest Skills REQUIRED: Breast

Head & Neck Skills REQUIRED: Brain, Cranial nerves, Face/soft tissue neck, Head Magnetic resonance angiogram (MRA), Head Magnetic resonance venography (MRV), Neck Magnetic Resonance Venography (MRV) & Orbits

Musculoskeletal Skills REQUIRED: Foot, Hand, Hip/bony pelvis, Knee, Lower extremity long bones, Shoulder, Sternum, Temporomandibular joint with/without contrast, & Upper extremity long bones

Professional Knowledge and Skills REQUIRED: Isolation Precautions/PPE, Preparation and/or administration of contrast media & Starting Peripheral IV's

Special Imaging Procedures Skills REQUIRED: T-1 Weighted Images & T-2 Weighted Images

Spine Skills REQUIRED: Cervical, Lumbar, Sacrum/coccyx, Spinal trauma, Thoracic & Thoracic Magnetic resonance angiography

Certs: ARRT MR, BLS

Cardiovascular Skills: MR Cardiac with/without Contrast, MR Cardiac with Stress with/without Contrast, MR Aortogram, MR Pulmonary & MR Angio Lower Extremity with Bilateral Runoff

Professional Knowledge and Skills: Management/lead experience & Radiation Safety

Special Imaging Procedures Skills: CINE (Cerebrospinal fluid flow study, Diffusion (non-brain), Gradient Echo Imaging, Image post-processing (Apparent diffusion coefficient mapping, subtraction), Maximum intensity projection (MIP), Multiplanar reconstruction (MRP), Perfusion, Peripheral Magnetic resonance angiography (Iliac, runoff), Spectroscopy, Spin Echo Images & Surface Coils

Certs: ACLS, ARMRIT, ARRT R

JOB DETAILS:

AVG. Daily Census: 50; 15 Visits/Day; 46 Beds

SHIFT: 36 Hours Can Be Offered - Will Accept 13 Weeks!

12-HOUR DAYS; 08:00 - 20:30; THURSDAY, FRIDAY & SATURDAY

Call Requirement: Yes, rotating. Call will be once a week 20:30 - 07:00 and 1 weekend every 4th week.
