Invitation Homes is seeking a Leasing Specialist in the Chicago area to manage the leasing process from inquiry to move-in. You will conduct tours, negotiate terms, and ensure complete documentation and move-in funds are secured, delivering a high-quality resident experience. You will maintain market awareness, build relationships with prospective and current residents, and collaborate with leadership to optimize occupancy and revenue growth.
