Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to perform bedside monitoring using advanced fetal monitoring techniques.
• Assist with C-sections and TOLAC procedures, ensuring patient safety.
• Utilize medical equipment including Novii, JADA, and Fetal Pillow efficiently.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Meditech EMR system.
• Adhere to departmental guidelines and participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with 2+ years of L&D nursing experience.
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and intermediate fetal monitoring required.
• Competency in EFM and C-Section circulation.
• Experience in high-volume, Level IV units is preferred.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and proficient in communication.
• Must maintain adherence to professional dress code and attendance policies.
