Desktop Support Specialist

Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Our client is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join their IT team in Okemos, Michigan. In this role, the individual will be the primary IT support on-site, providing essential technical assistance to both internal employees and the newly integrated team members. Key responsibilities include onboarding new employees, troubleshooting and testing existing equipment, and offering daily support for Office 365, Windows 11, and Copilot applications. The ideal candidate will be a versatile self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, a high level of integrity, and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of a growing IT environment.
