North Country Veterinary Services is seeking an experienced veterinarian to step into an exciting multi-site leadership role supporting our growing hospitals in the Oswego/Pulaski region. This is the perfect opportunity for a current managing veterinarian—or a driven associate ready for leadership—to combine clinical excellence with mentorship, strategy, and team development.

In this role, you'll partner with hospital leadership teams to:

• Elevate medical quality and standards of care
• Mentor and support veterinarians and staff
• Help drive hospital growth and performance
• Strengthen culture and team engagement
• Influence the future of veterinary care across the region

You'll have the support of NVA's extensive resources, including recruiting, HR, marketing, operational leadership, and a veterinarian-led Medical Advisory Board—giving you the tools to lead successfully while still practicing medicine your way.
