RN - Quality Assurance

Overview The Quality Improvement Specialist supports the hospital and medical staff in continually improving patient care, reducing risk, and delivering excellent customer service. The role involves facilitation, coordination, and support of clinical and process improvements across the organization. Responsibilities • Provide support and facilitation for quality improvement projects. • Coordinate clinical and process improvement initiatives. • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and track progress. • Apply adult learning principles to train staff on improvement methods. • Collaborate with clinical teams to implement best practices and reduce risk. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree, or actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s Education Program. Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License. Minimum 3 years experience within a health care organization. Preferred: Master’s Degree. Experience with process improvement theories and methods. Knowledge of adult learning principles and data analysis methods. Additional compensation may be available for this role through shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, and bonus opportunities. Pay Range $49.34 – $76.59 per hour (base pay).
