Lauber Community Partners is excited to conduct an exclusive search for the President & CEO at IMPACT, Inc. IMPACT is a private non-profit organization serving southeastern Wisconsin since 1960 that helps individuals in crisis by guiding them to resources for stability. IMPACT collaborates with community partners to improve systems through programs such as IMPACT 211 and IMPACT Connect. About the Role The President & CEO provides strategic leadership, oversees all operations, and serves as the primary representative of IMPACT to community partners, civic leaders, and government officials. This role works closely with the Board of Directors to drive organizational strategy, financial health, program excellence, and community impact.
