RESPONSIBILITIES As a Bartender, these are the results you'll be hired to accomplish: » ① Deliver ‘Top Shelf’ Drink Quality, Every Shift » ② Quickly Made Drinks » ③ Deliver ‘Good-Time’ Hospitality at the Bar » ④ Back-of-your-Hand Menu Guidance » ⑤ Squeaky Clean & Organized Bar Areas PAY The total compensation for this position will be between $30.00 - $50.00 per hour. We pay an industry-leading base wage of $15 / hour plus tips. Tips are based on your level of hospitality, shifts worked, and how busy we are - the busier, the better! WORK SCHEDULE This position can be part-time or full-time, with a flexible schedule designed around the demands of the restaurant. This position will regularly work the busiest shifts of the week, based on daily forecasted sales and special events; typically weekends. Evening shifts are most common, with occasional morning and midday shifts available. WILL YOU FIT IN HERE? Our team has been built - brick by brick - on shared core values. JOB REQUIREMENTS At least 1 year of bartending experience in a high-volume, fast paced restaurant or bar Upscale or fine-dining restaurant experience in a Bartender role - a major plus! Must have current ServSafe Food Handler Certification and BASSET Certifications Must be at least 21 years old Physically able to stand, walk, and move for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds For part-time positions, must have consistent availability during peak shifts - including nights, weekends, and holidays For full-time positions, must have open availability Interest in food, cocktails, and hospitality trends - a major plus! Familiarity with Toast & SevenRooms - a plus! Wooden Paddle is a 13-years-young restaurant & catering company, started in 2013.
