ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1996 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. I graduated from Georgetown College, played football, worked in construction materials sales, and then joined State Farm as an adjuster before opening my own agency. I'm a lifelong Louisville resident, the proud father of five, a former middle school football coach, and enjoy golfing whenever I get the chance.

Serving our community has always been important to me. I'm active in my church, have coached youth sports and community teams, and enjoy building lasting relationships with the individuals and families we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Mike Shelton - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
