As a lead, you will be responsible for partnering with premier travel brands to create data-based, automated solutions to achieve their greater business objectives. You will leverage our industry-leading technology to manage large scale digital marketing campaigns and examine trends to provide valuable and actionable insights to our clients. The Lead supports Koddi’s clients by managing assigned campaigns, building relationships with our customers, preparing and leading weekly analysis for clients, and contributing to the company culture. Koddi is a fast-growing technology company and needs people who are passionate self-starters. Previous experience with large-scale dynamic advertising (e.g., DCO, feed-based retail or shop ads) is preferred but not required. What You'll DoAnalyze campaign performance and generate performance reportsOversee budget pacing and make recommendations to meet monthly spend goalsOversee the creation of new ad campaigns and ensure quality builds prior to launchCreate ad mockups and presentation decks for client deliveryManage hotel information files and product catalogs, completing missing information to enable additional live propertiesCreate new catalogs, compile hotel information, organize images and URLs, and apply appropriate labelsTrain and mentor Digital Marketing Analysts on advertising best practicesProvide strategic support across accounts and lead client callsSet up tests, develop mockups, and deliver updates to P&I and stakeholdersProvide feedback on team efficiency and recommend improvements to increase productivityResearch industry trends, competitors, and solutions, and share insights with the teamPartner with the product team on campaign management tools and drive initiatives through completionCollaborate on feature requests and contribute ideas for new enhancements that improve performanceLeverage AI tools to enhance campaign analysis, streamline reporting, generate insights, and improve workflow efficiencyIdentify and implement AI-driven processes to improve testing, creative iteration, and performance optimizationWhat You'll BringDigital marketer with a strong eye for product enhancements and platform improvements5+ years of experience in an agency, paid search, or digital advertising environment in a client-facing capacityStrong analytical skill set with the ability to mine data for trends and communicate opportunities effectively through data and visualsHands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to support analysis, problem-solving, and workflow efficiencyComfort integrating AI into day-to-day work and proactively exploring ways it can improve performance and productivityAbility to work effectively in both independent and team environmentsSelf-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownershipCapable of leading and managing multipoint communication, with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skillsComfortable with ambiguity and adaptable in a fast-growing environmentHighly detail-oriented and exceptionally organizedProven ability to collaborate effectively with customers, management, and peers
