In this multidisciplinary role, you will report directly to the Digital Marketing Lead and be an essential player in both devising marketing strategies and bringing them to life. Your responsibilities will include conducting multi-channel campaign analysis, working to creatively scale and optimize marketing flows, and ensuring our clients sustained success.Your primary focus will initially be on our B2C clients that are growing rapidly through acquisitions. Your role will be crucial in streamlining their marketing strategies and assisting them in identifying and leveraging growth opportunities for their businesses.If this sounds as exciting to you as it does to us, we think you'll be a great fit for our team.ResponsibilitiesManage omnichannel marketing campaigns and assets.Use tools such as Google Analytics to extract and interpret data, transforming it into compelling narratives and actionable strategies.Perform marketing analysis to identify growth opportunities and areas for optimization.Make data-driven recommendations that align with business goals.Prepare reports on campaign outcomes, sales impact, and consumer behavior.Design and deliver compelling data visualizations to illuminate insights, facilitate informed decision-making, and engage stakeholders.Collaborate on and contribute to the development of client presentations, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and clearly convey complex information and strategies.Skills & Requirements3 - 5 years of experience in a marketing, design, or analytics role.Lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, push, and cross-channel journeysExperience with advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads.Proficiency in Google Analytics.Dashboard building skills, preferably with Google Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar programs.Ability to work independently, utilizing available tools to create data-driven narratives and implement effective strategies for B2C clients.Knowledge of current digital marketing strategies and their application.Highly creative and a natural problem solver.Keen eye for UX/UI design.Bonus Points If You Have:Proficiency in graphic design (with tools such as Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator or Figma).Understanding of SQL.Knowledge of Email & SMS deliverability best practices.Experience with Google Local Services Ads.Familiarity with email marketing tactics and managing flows.Familiarity with integrations / automation workflows.Basic understanding of HTML, and CSS.Web analytics tracking (Google Tag Manager).Proficiency in task management suite such as Monday.com, Notion, or Jira.Proficiency with data ingestion such as API calls or Webhooks.Why You Would Be a Good Fit:If you excel in a culture where you will have a high degree of autonomy and trust.If you are accustomed to working on fast-paced teams that value progress over perfection while still pursuing excellence for clients.If you are comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic setting where you embrace the challenge of client consulting.If you want to work with visionary leaders focused on fast growth, blending creative thinking with the strategic integration of new ideas and proven solutions.If you find the collaborative spirit of working alongside a diverse group of specialists fulfilling.How to Apply:If you're passionate about marketing and want to be part of an exciting startup, we'd love to hear from you!
