One of our clients in Chantilly, VA needs a Data Scientist for a contract position.

• Position: Data Scientist
• Location: Onsite
• Position Type: Permanent

Job Description:

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Design and implement machine learning models and statistical algorithm.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders through visualizations, reports, and presentations
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and subject matter experts to define data requirements and validate outcomes
• Automate data collection, cleaning, and analysis processes using scripting and data tools
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor model performance and business outcomes
• Support decision-making processes with data-driven recommendations and forecasting models

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a data science, analytics, or quantitative research role
• Experience with data visualization tools
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data insights into business value
