Hiring a Maintenance Mechanic in Harrisburg, PA!

We are seeking a dedicated Mechanic to join our dynamic shop team. This role involves performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on all coin wrap machines, which are unique to our establishment. Candidates will be trained on these machines, as they are custom-built. The focus will be on troubleshooting small machines, including wrappers, gun-slings, presses, and rollers, often dealing with mini-breakdowns and urgent repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on all coin wrap machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair small mechanical issues on machines such as wrappers, presses, and rollers.
• Respond to urgent breakdowns and maintain machine functionality.
• Collaborate with the plant manager and owner to learn machine specifics.
• Utilize provided tools to perform repairs and maintenance.

Shift

• Monday - Friday (7am - 3:30pm)

Pay

• $20 / hour ($22 after 1st year)

This is a Permanent position based out of Harrisburg, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. After 90 days 5 days sick 1 year=1 week 2 year- 2 week 2 Personnel Days Medical/Dental/Vision covered but higher deductible- employees can pay out of pocket for a better plan with lower deductible
