Star Catcher Industries, Inc., located in Jacksonville, FL,  has an opportunity for a Technical Recruiter, who will be the critical first point of contact for our talent pipeline. This role will champion our internal hiring strategies by creatively sourcing passive candidates, conducting rigorous screening interviews, and evaluating technical and cultural alignment against defined performance criteria, serving as a compelling ambassador for our mission among prospective hires. Working closely with Star Catcher leadership this role will help build a world-class engineering team by driving our recruitment pipeline forward moving with speed, accuracy, and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment Ownership: Drive the full hiring lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of roles across all technical and non-technical business units, ensuring seamless execution from intake to offer acceptance.


• Strategic Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to dissect role requirements, build structured candidate evaluation criteria, and design efficient, equitable interview loops.


• Structured Feedback Management: Facilitate post-interview debriefs, synthesize evaluation data from interview panels, and ensure all candidate feedback is clearly documented and actionable.


• Proactive Sourcing & Talent Networking: Look beyond traditional job boards by utilizing creative outreach, social media branding, and targeted market research to cultivate a robust pipeline of passive aerospace and corporate talent.


• Community Engagement & Field Recruiting: Represent the Star Catcher brand live and in person by coordinating and attending key industry conferences, university engineering events, aerospace symposiums, and local career fairs to seed long-term talent pipelines.


• Candidate Advocacy & Engagement: Deliver a high-touch, transparent, and informative interview journey that reflects Star Catcher’s culture and leaves a lasting positive impression on every applicant.


• Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate our talent acquisition workflows, introducing innovative ideas and data-driven recommendations to refine standard recruiting processes and support long-term company growth.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of recruiting experience, including full life cycle recruiting, from sourcing to closing candidates and working within an ATS to source and manage candidates.


• Proven track record of sourcing candidates through various platforms and engagement at in-person events.


• Proven success in elevating a company’s employer brand and amplifying recruitment initiatives through creative social media strategies and digital campaigns.


• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly in phone, video, and in-person settings.


• Highly organized and self-directed with ability to scale a team with company growth.

  Preferred Qualifications

• +5 years of technical recruiting experience identifying and hiring specialized technical talent within fast-paced engineering environments.


• Experience recruiting in Space, Aerospace, or Defense industries, or other closely related industries.

Salary Range

$85,000.00- $100,000.00/per year
