Job Overview Hourly Wage: $15 - $28 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives, premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Responsibilities General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs. Ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
