Physician Assistant Urology

Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Urology PA, you will join our dynamic healthcare team in Seattle, specializing in diagnosing and treating a wide array of Urology cases, making a significant impact on their lives and families. You will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of our patients and their families within Franciscan Medical Group. To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled, board-certified, and compassionate PA, possessing expertise in diagnosing and managing complex Urology patients, alongside strong communication abilities. You will also demonstrate a deep commitment to patient-centered care and the capacity to thrive within a collegial and supportive environment. Full time (1.0FTE) Outpatient General Urology clinic at the Downtown location as well as surgical first assist. Schedule: We partner with you to develop a schedule that accommodates your needs as much as possible, while also considering access and patient care needs. There is currently no call for this position. Experience: Advanced Practitioner experience and/or Urology experience or exposure is a plus, but not a requirement. Learning opportunities: The team has a teaching culture and is a conducive environment for providers newly out of school and/or new to the field of Urology. A training and mentorship program is in place to help guide new providers to Virginia Mason and support them for long term success. Job Requirements Required Certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) with prescriptive authority in the State of Washington.
