Groundskeeper Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:00pm )

• Maintain landfill grounds by mowing, trimming, edging, and clearing brush to keep the property safe and presentable.
• Pick up litter and debris throughout the facility and surrounding areas to support a clean environment.
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Assist with landscaping projects such as planting, pruning, and seasonal grounds maintenance.
• Support general site upkeep by cleaning public areas, maintaining roadways, and assisting with facility maintenance tasks.

Groundskeeper Qualifications:

• Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, lawn care, or outdoor maintenance experience preferred but not required
• Ability to safely operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other grounds maintenance equipment
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding work
• Ability to lift, carry, and move tools, materials, and debris throughout the shift

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
