Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance.
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned service area.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program approved by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
Assignment Details
- Monday-Friday 8AM-430PM.
- Weekend rotation required.
- Coverage area includes Cullman County and surrounding areas.

Location Highlights
Cullman offers access to outdoor recreation and regional travel. Smith Lake Park is about 15 miles from central Cullman, and Hurricane Creek Park provides hiking trails and sandstone bluffs within the city area. Ave Maria Grotto in nearby Cullman features more than 100 miniature reproductions, and Sportsman Lake Park offers walking paths, fishing, and paddle boat access close to downtown. Birmingham is about 50 miles south via I-65, and Huntsville is about 55 miles north, giving travelers access to larger metro dining, shopping, and airport options.
