Join our production team as a Forklift Operator . In this role, you’re the go‑to expert who makes sure materials, products, and inventory flow smoothly through the warehouse or production floor. You’ll manage movement, storage, tracking, and distribution with precision—ensuring every team has exactly what they need, exactly when they need it. It’s a hands-on, fast-paced position where your attention to detail and reliability directly support the success of the entire facility.

First Shift Schedule: Monday - Thursday  6 AM - 4:30 PM 

What You'll Do:

• Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments.
• Move materials to designated storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Label, organize, and store materials according to company procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
• Operate warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment (certification may be required).
• Basic computer and inventory management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds (or as required).
• Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Work in warehouse, manufacturing, or outdoor environments.
