They are seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization through its next stage of growth, including scaling revenue, executing on M&A opportunities, and building out a high performing executive team.ScheduleBased in New York, NY. Specific in-office, hybrid, or remote expectations to be confirmed with employer.Compensation$250,000 to $400,000 base salary per year, plus performance bonus and long-term equity opportunity.What You’ll DoThis person will take full P&L ownership of the business, driving strategy and execution across a global enterprise software company in the $15M to $30M+ revenue range. The CEO will lead hands-on M&A activity, including due diligence, negotiations, and post-acquisition integration, while building and leading executive teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations. This role carries direct responsibility for enterprise growth strategy with Fortune 500 and Global 2000 customers, financial leadership including forecasting, budgeting, and EBITDA improvement, and close partnership with the Board of Directors to drive shareholder value.Required QualificationsSignificant senior executive experience as a CEO, President, GM, or operating executive with full P&L ownershipProven success scaling a $15M to $30M+ global SaaS or enterprise software companyRecent hands-on M&A experience, including due diligence, negotiations, and post-acquisition integrationStrong enterprise software or SaaS backgroundExperience serving Fortune 500 or Global 2000 customers and leading enterprise growth strategiesDemonstrated success building and leading executive teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Finance, and OperationsStrong financial leadership experience, including forecasting, budgeting, EBITDA improvement, and strategic planningExperience partnering with Boards of Directors and driving shareholder valueBachelor’s degree requiredPreferred QualificationsMBABackground specifically within MarTech, channel marketing, or marketing automationPrior experience as a CEO of a company that was acquired or that completed a significant acquisitionCompensation and Benefits$250,000 to $400,000 base salary per yearPerformance bonusLong-term equity opportunityMedical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off To apply, submit your resume for consideration.
