Trailer Parts Sales & Customer Service Representative

The Trailer Parts Sales & Customer Service Representative plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting business growth. This position blends customer support and sales by serving as a trusted point of contact for customers, helping them place orders, resolve issues, and identify solutions that meet their needs. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone, email, and chat, assisting with orders, returns, and delivery updates. Provide accurate product information, including specifications, pricing, and availability. Resolve customer questions and concerns efficiently to ensure a positive experience. Understand customer needs and recommend products that align with their business goals. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell complementary products and services. Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, etc.) to ensure timely fulfillment. Monitor product availability and proactively communicate any changes or delays. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-up and post‑sale support. Make outbound calls to check inventory levels, recommend refills, and introduce new products. Maintain accurate customer and sales data to support reporting and analysis. Confidently manage complex or unclear customer requests, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in a business-related or technical field preferred. Prior experience in customer service, counter sales, or inside sales is a plus. Ability to learn and apply product knowledge quickly; experience with light‑duty trailer products is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer‑focused mindset.
