Senior Sales Strategy Manager

Partnering closely with sales leaders, the full-time Senior Sales Strategy & Operations Manager will develop data-driven strategies to enhance revenue and operational efficiency while working in a hybrid environment with in-office collaboration required approximately once a week. Key responsibilities Manage critical strategic, organizational, and operational projects aimed at increasing sales productivity and revenue Analyze business drivers and trends to translate data into actionable insights and communicate recommendations to leadership Identify and improve processes and systems to scale business operations, leveraging AI for data analysis and workflow automation Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in strategy & operations within a fast-paced, analytical environment Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and data visualization tools; familiarity with SQL is a plus Experience building metrics frameworks and dashboards for senior leadership decision-making Ability to partner with senior sales leaders to define strategy and drive accountability against goals Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
