WJXT Channel 4 and CW 17, part of Graham Media Group, are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Multi-Media Advertising Account Executive to join our sales and business development team in Jacksonville.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Proven ability to build and grow client relationships with a focus on measurable business outcomes
• Expert in active listening with deep discovery experience to identify client pain points, audience demographics, and revenue goals
• Strong account management and new business development experience
• Exceptional client management skillsthis includes, but is not limited to frequent communication, campaign organization, client expectations, and performance reviews
• Expertise in the consumer decision making journey, digital marketing platforms, and multi-touch attribution analytics
• Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing, including audience targeting, programmatic, OTT/streaming platforms, social, search, and campaign analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and performance-driven strategies
• College degree preferred but not required

Requirements:

• Ability to sell multi-platform advertising solutions
• Passionate, creative, and motivated self-starter
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue goals
• Strong consultative selling and prospecting skills
• Deep understanding of consumer journeys and digital advertising, including targeting, analytics, and emerging technologies
• Strong marketing, presentation, and closing skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce preferred
• Experience with WideOrbit is a plus
• You must possess and maintain a valid driver's license with a safe driving record acceptable to the company and reliable transportation for sales call
