Job Overview Position: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Starting at $26/hr, and Non‑Registered Dental Assistant – $18–$25/hr. Start date: June 1st. Work days: Monday 9:30‑7, Tuesday 8‑5, Wednesday 9:30‑7, Thursday 8‑5, Friday 8‑2. No weekends. Responsibilities Place retraction cord Make temporary crowns Adjust temporary crowns and dentures Remove sutures Assist chairside with dental procedures Perform dental assisting tasks as needed Qualifications Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license NJ dental radiology license (DANB) and ability to work independently Preferably at least 1 year of chairside assisting experience Knowledge of dental terminology Excellent chairside manners and a team player attitude Strong desire to learn and grow with the practice Can collaborate and implement office policies Can add additional services to grow the practice Intentional, proactive, and a step ahead of the dentist Benefits Great team culture and opportunity for professional growth 401(k) with match Accrued paid time off and multiple paid holidays Birthday off with pay One set of scrubs reimbursed Health benefits for full‑time employees Reimbursement for continuing education courses and license renewal after the acquittance period No weekends Application To apply, please respond with a resume, compensation requirements, and a brief explanation of why we should consider you for this position. #J-18808-Ljbffr Castle Family Dentistry, LLC
