IT System Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our team and play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure. Job Summary: The IT systems administrator is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of TMCO's dynamic & innovative information technology systems, hardware, software, and networks. They will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and secure operation of the IT infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and assisting end-users in utilizing technology effectively. The IT systems administrator collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance IT solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as an IT System Administrator or similar role. Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and productivity software. Knowledge of networking protocols, LAN/WAN configurations, and network security principles. Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent, are a plus. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Familiarity with hardware components and peripheral devices. Experience with system administration and user management. Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
