Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Pediatrician for an established outpatient pediatric practice in Hammond, Indiana. This position focuses on preventive care, wellness visits, acute care, and continuity of care with strong administrative support and no production pressure.

Position Overview:

• Established outpatient pediatric practice
• Monday-Friday schedule
• 5x8 or 4x10 schedule options
• No hospital call
• No rounding
• No nights or weekends
• Sustainable outpatient pediatric patient volume
• Salary-based compensation with no RVU requirements
• Strong medical assistant support
• Referral coordinators
• Established EMR
• Collaborative care model

Compensation:

Base salary: $200,000-$250,000

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• 5x8 or 4x10 options
• No hospital call
• No rounding
• No nights
• No weekends

Role:

• Provide outpatient pediatric primary care
• Provide preventive care
• Conduct wellness visits
• Provide acute care
• Provide continuity of care
• Build long-term relationships with children and families
• Practice within a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Requirements:

• Board certified or board eligible in pediatrics
• Ability to provide outpatient pediatric care
