- Strong experience with Targetprocess for backlog, release, capacity and Agile reporting
- Experience defining Epics, Features, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
- Strong experience with estimation, forecasting and release planning
- Experience driving insurance platform modernization and digital transformation
- Ability to identify and translate AI opportunities into product features and backlog items
- Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture and AI teams
- Strong stakeholder communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
