About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales to spearhead national business development and revenue-generating activities. The successful candidate will be a key player in the company's expansion, leading strategic sales initiatives, and strengthening market penetration. This executive leadership role demands a blend of strategic vision, operational discipline, and hands-on market engagement. The VP of Sales will be responsible for aligning growth initiatives with operational execution and long-term business objectives, and must therefore have a strong background in commercial construction sales, particularly in the areas of specialty construction, waterproofing, restoration, and building envelope systems. Applicants for the VP of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' senior sales leadership experience in the relevant industries, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share. The role requires an individual with deep industry and technical knowledge, including an understanding of commercial construction sales cycles, and the ability to communicate technical value propositions to a range of stakeholders. Financial and operational acumen are also essential, as the VP of Sales will be expected to manage forecasting, budgeting, and align sales initiatives with operational capabilities. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, highly relationship-driven, and possess exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and existing relationships within the commercial construction and restoration markets are a significant advantage.
