Program ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to provide leadership and oversight for an established program serving individuals with developmental disabilities. The program currently includes approximately 40 staff members and multiple service lines, and is seeking a strong, organized leader to provide structure, direction, and operational excellence while fostering a positive and supportive team culture.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day leadership and oversight of program operations and staff.Supervise, mentor, and support a team of approximately 40 employees.Establish and maintain effective systems, processes, and accountability measures.Ensure program compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and quality standards.Collaborate with leadership to improve program performance, efficiency, and service delivery.Address operational challenges proactively and implement sustainable solutions.Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.QualificationsPrevious management or program leadership experience required.Experience in OPWDD or related human services programs strongly preferred.Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams through change effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a confident and capable leader who can bring structure and accountability to a growing program while maintaining a warm, supportive approach with staff and stakeholders.
