Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) - Warwick, RI

Job Summary:

HireCare Services - Rhode Island is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the daily operations of our long-term care facility. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and developing and leading a team of department heads and facility staff. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall operations of the long-term care facility

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

• Lead, support, and develop department heads and facility staff

• Maintain high standards of resident care and satisfaction

• Manage budgets, financial performance, and census growth

• Foster strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners

• Monitor quality measures and implement improvements where needed

• Support staffing strategies, retention efforts, and facility culture

• Ensure survey readiness and effective plan of correction execution when necessary

Qualifications:

• Active [State] Nursing Home Administrator license

• Proven experience as an Administrator in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting

• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, operations, and reimbursement

• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

• Commitment to providing high-quality resident-centered care

Level of Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field

Additional Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrator in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
