Are you a compassionate and dependable Medication Technician looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults? Larmax Homes is seeking an experienced Med Aide to join our team in McLean, Virginia.

What You'll Do

· Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and state regulations

· Monitor resident health and report changes in condition

· Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

· Document medications, treatments, and resident care accurately

· Support meal service, hydration, and resident wellness

· Engage residents in meaningful conversations and activities

· Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and families

· Work collaboratively with nurses, house managers, and care staff to provide exceptional care

Qualifications

· Current Virginia Medication Aide Certification

· Current Virginia CNA certification preferred

· CPR and First Aid Certification

· Minimum of one year of experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care

· Strong communication and organizational skills

· Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
