Quality Engineer

Payrate: $40.00 - $45.00/hr. Summary: The Quality Engineer develops and implements quality control processes to ensure product and process compliance. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining quality assurance systems and processes, performing root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions, collaborating with teams to address quality challenges, documenting quality control activities and preparing reports, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and guidelines.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field, experience in quality engineering or assurance roles, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of quality tools and methodologies.

Skills include experience with statistical analysis software, familiarity with ISO and other quality standards, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $40.00 - $45.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
