Revenue Accountant

Our client is seeking a Revenue Accountant to support financial analysis, revenue accounting, and general ledger activities within a healthcare-focused environment. This full-time position is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing operational results, and assisting with month-end reporting processes.

In this role, you will contribute to accounting operations by evaluating financial data, reconciling accounts, communicating results to business partners, and helping maintain reporting accuracy. The position also partners with internal stakeholders on process improvements, controls, and special projects while supporting a remote-capable work environment after initial training.

What You'll Do:

• Compile and review financial reporting related to facility revenue and operational results.
• Participate in monthly close activities and communicate key financial findings to stakeholders.
• Maintain ledger integrity and ensure account structures remain accurate and complete.
• Analyze fluctuations in revenue and receivable balances and summarize findings for management review.
• Complete account reconciliations and resolve outstanding variances in a timely manner.
• Develop reports and respond to financial information requests from business partners.
• Evaluate accounting work products for compliance with established standards and documentation requirements.
• Support internal control procedures and financial reporting compliance activities.
• Assist with system enhancements, testing efforts, and process improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
• Approximately two to four years of experience in accounting, finance, or public accounting.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Access, SQL, and standard Office applications.
