Duties

• Develop and implement stimulating daily lesson plans tailored to infants and toddlers, encouraging exploration and growth
• Provide attentive infant and toddler care, including feeding, diapering, nap time, and hygiene routines
• Foster a warm, welcoming classroom environment that promotes social-emotional development and positive interactions
• Monitor and assess each child's developmental progress, adjusting activities to meet individual needs
• Maintain accurate documentation of children's milestones, behaviors, and daily activities for parent communication
• Manage classroom behavior with positive reinforcement strategies and effective behavior management techniques
• Collaborate with colleagues and families to support each child's unique learning journey and address special needs or disabilities
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed diligently, including first aid procedures and emergency response readiness
