SUMMARY:

We are seeking qualified and experienced part-time faculty to teach or tutor a variety of undergraduate courses in liberal arts, specifically in science, math, english, and psychology. RESPONSIBILITIES Teach or tutor one more course per semester in your area of expertise (science, english, math, psychology) Develop and deliver engaging lectures, tutoring sessions, discussions, and assignments Maintain a current understanding of the course and make adjustments as needed Participate in departmental meetings and other activities as requested REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Required Degree: Master's degree or higher in a relevant liberal arts discipline Required Certification/Licensure Required Years of Experience PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES Preferred Degree: Master's degree or higher in all relevant liberal arts discipline Preferred Certification/Licensure Preferred Years of Experience Preferred Skills or Knowledge The ideal candidate will be a dedicated educator with a strong commitment to student success. This candidate should have a strong foundation in their subject matter and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas. EDUCATION LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
