Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a House Supervisor at Potomac Valley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Rockville, Maryland. As a House Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing units, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care and experience a seamless transition between shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the flow of patient care on the nursing units, ensuring that all patients receive timely and effective treatment

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Conduct regular rounds on the nursing units to ensure that patients are receiving appropriate care and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and staff

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland
