About the Job Lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service Build strong customer relationships and promote loyalty programs Recruit, onboard, and coach talent, securing succession plans Set and manage individual and team targets, proactively assessing performance Oversee store operations: inventory, cash handling, loss prevention, and compliance Ensure implementation of all Swarovski policies, procedures, and standards Annual Salary range $65 K - $72K with the ability to participate in a sales incentive bonus pay program. The compensation displayed is a good faith estimate for this position.
