Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room (OR)

Location: Holmdel, NJ
Duration: 9 Weeks
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | 5x8 Hours
Pay Rate: $58 – $63.50/hr (based on experience)

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality perioperative care in a fast-paced surgical environment. The RN will be responsible for scrub and circulating duties across multiple surgical specialties while ensuring patient safety, accurate documentation, and adherence to clinical standards.

• Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care in the OR
• Perform both scrub and circulating nurse roles
• Develop and implement individualized surgical care plans
• Ensure accurate intraoperative and postoperative documentation
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and OR team members
• Monitor patient status during surgical procedures
• Respond quickly to intraoperative changes or emergencies
• Supervise and support OR support staff
• Maintain infection control and surgical safety standards

• Minimum 2 years of acute care Operating Room experience
• Ability to scrub and circulate independently
• Strong experience in:
  • General Surgery (laparoscopic & robotic)
  • Orthopedics / Spine / Podiatry
  • Urology
  • ENT
  • Vascular Surgery
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
