Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of maintenance requests and issues Develop and implement maintenance policies, procedures, and schedules to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal staff to resolve maintenance issues and complete projects Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards Develop and manage the maintenance budget, tracking expenses and making recommendations for cost savings Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including OSHA and HIPAA About the Role: As our Maintenance Director, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with a team of experienced healthcare professionals.
